Refund policy
Because all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been approved and placed. Each order is printed, bottled, and packaged specifically for you, so all sales for personalized or made-to-order products are final.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order such as an error in printing, or any quality concern, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Our team will promptly review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
Any damage that was caused during shipment needs to be documented with the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Note all issues on the bill of lading documents prior to signing for the shipment. If the damage is severe we suggest you reject the shipment. Make sure to take photos of the damages as well as your notes on the shipping documents prior to signing in order to support the claim with the shipping company.
