How do I order custom bottled water?
Start by requesting a free quote. Tell us your bottle size (8oz, 12oz, or 16.9oz plastic, or 16oz aluminum), how many cases you need, and when you need them. We'll send you a detailed estimate within an hour during business hours.
If you already have a logo ready, you can skip straight to our free label designer and build your custom label in a few minutes. No account needed.
What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 24 cases for plastic bottles. For aluminum bottles, minimums vary by size. The more you order, the lower your per-bottle cost. We offer pallet specials and truckload pricing for larger programs.
How much does custom bottled water cost?
Custom labeled bottled water runs between $0.26 and $0.48 per bottle depending on quantity, bottle size, and label type. Every order includes free full-color label design. No setup fees, no design fees. Get a quote with your specific quantities for exact pricing.
Labels & Design
What do I need to create my custom label?
Just your logo in a vector format (PDF, EPS, AI, or SVG). We also need your brand colors, any text you want on the label (phone number, website, tagline), and any photos or artwork in high resolution (300 dpi). Low-resolution images from websites won't print clearly.
Don't have a designer? No problem. Send us what you have and our team will create label concepts for you at no charge.
Are your labels waterproof?
Yes. We print on durable, waterproof polymer material. Your labels won't peel, smudge, or fall apart in ice buckets, coolers, or condensation. Full color printing (CMYK) is included at no extra cost, so you can use as many colors as you want.
Can I design my own label online?
Yes. Our free online label designer lets you upload your logo, choose a bottle size, pick colors, and preview your custom bottle in about two minutes. No account required, no credit card, completely free. You can also download your design and share it with your team before ordering.
Do you sell labels separately?
No. We sell custom labeled bottled water as a complete product. Every bottle comes filled, sealed, and labeled. We stopped selling labels separately because the results were inconsistent when clients applied them to store-bought bottles.
Shipping & Turnaround
How long does it take to get my order?
First orders typically ship in 3-4 weeks after label artwork is approved. Reorders are faster: 10-12 business days. Recurring orders can ship in as few as 7 days. We have 10 bottling facilities across the US, so we ship from the one closest to you to keep transit times short.
How does shipping work?
We ship on standard 48" x 40" wood pallets via freight carriers. The pallet footprint is about the size of a refrigerator. Cases are stacked and shrink-wrapped for protection. We negotiate carrier rates and pass the savings to you. Delivery is to your door or loading dock.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship custom bottled water to all 50 states. With 10 bottling facilities strategically located across the country, most orders ship from a facility within a few hundred miles of the delivery address. This keeps freight costs down and delivery times short.

What bottle sizes do you offer?
Plastic bottles come in 8oz, 12oz, and 16.9oz. Our aluminum Alumitek bottle is 16oz with a resealable metal cap. Check our bottle sizes page for dimensions and case counts.
What's the difference between plastic and aluminum bottles?
Plastic bottles are our best value for high-volume orders. They're lightweight, BPA-free, and 100% recyclable. Aluminum bottles are the premium option: eco-friendly, resealable, and they make a strong impression at upscale events, hotels, and corporate settings. Both come with the same high-quality custom labels.
Is your water safe and certified?
All of our bottling facilities are FDA-certified and SQF-certified. We also hold state government certifications in every jurisdiction where we operate. The water is tested regularly and meets or exceeds all federal and state safety standards.
