We are so grateful to Custom Water - specifically, Justin, who worked with us - for the way they handled our order and delivery - from beginning to end! We were ordering bottled water to help in the recovery effort following the tornado that ripped through Mayfield, Kentucky. Not only was the price right, Justin worked with us to make sure that the water would be taken to a location where it could be received and distributed. He and Custom Water went above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

Danielle was an absolute pleasure to work with along the entire process. They have every kind of option you could need when it comes to choosing the right type of water bottle. What's even better is when I had a small issue come up with one of my orders (with any business, issues are bound to come up every once in a while, things happen) the way they handled it was extremely professional and prompt. They gave me several possible solutions to resolve my issue and let me pick which one worked best for me and made sure I was taken care of.
