2. Upload Artwork or Use the Free Designer

3. Approve and We Bottle
Once you sign off on the proof, we send the order to the nearest of our 10 bottling facilities. First orders typically ship in 3 to 4 weeks. Reorders are faster at 10 to 12 business days. Recurring customers can get orders out in as few as 7 to 10 days.
Labels come already applied to filled and sealed bottles. You receive palletized cases ready to distribute.

Artwork Requirements
Getting your label right starts with the right file format. We accept vector artwork in these formats:
- PDF (preferred)
- EPS
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
- SVG
Vector files keep your logo and text crisp at any print size. If you only have a raster image (JPEG or PNG), it needs to be at least 300 DPI at the final print dimensions. Low-resolution images pulled from websites will not print well. They'll look pixelated and blurry on the finished label.
If you're not sure whether your files are print-ready, send them to our design team. We'll check them and let you know before anything goes to production. There's no charge for this.
Design Tips for a Great Label
After printing millions of custom bottled water labels, we've seen what works and what doesn't.
Keep the layout simple. A clean logo with a solid color background reads better on a curved bottle surface than a complex design with fine detail. Remember, people see your bottle from 3 to 5 feet away at events. If the text is too small or the design is too busy, the branding impact drops.
