Bulk Bottled Water at Wholesale Prices

Buying water in bulk comes down to two things: how much you need and how fast you need it. We ship palletized bottled water to businesses, event venues, hotels, schools, churches, and anyone else ordering at volume. Pricing starts at $0.26 per bottle when you order at scale. Minimum order is 24 cases.

Bulk orders ship as either purified or natural spring water. Which one you get depends on the facility closest to your delivery address and the per-bottle price you're targeting. Both are bottled drinking water that meets FDA and SQF standards, available in 8oz, 12oz, and 16.9 fl oz by the case, pallet, or truckload.

You can order with a custom label or without one. Both options ship from the same 10 facilities across the country, routed to whoever is closest to your delivery address.

How Bulk Pricing Works

We price by the case. A standard case holds 24 bottles. Orders ship on 48" x 40" pallets, typically 60 to 72 cases per pallet depending on bottle size. A full truckload is roughly 20 to 26 pallets.

The more you order, the lower your per-bottle cost. At 24 cases your cost is higher than at 200 cases, which is lower than at 2,000 cases. We don't publish a tiered price table because freight costs vary by location — your delivered cost depends on where we're shipping from and where it's going. The easiest thing to do is request a quote with your quantity and zip code.

First-time orders take 3 to 4 weeks from proof approval to delivery. Reorders ship in 10 to 12 business days. If you're on a recurring schedule we can often get that down to 7 to 10 days.

Bottle Sizes Available

Plastic bottles ship in three sizes:

• 8 oz — compact, popular for events and amenity trays
• 12 oz — mid-size, common for offices and conferences
• 16.9 oz — standard single-serve, the most common bulk order

Custom Label or No Label

Most of our wholesale buyers add a custom label. It's included in the price — there's no separate design fee. You send us your artwork or we build a label concept for you. Full color, waterproof polymer label stock, wraps the full circumference of the bottle.

If you need unbranded or white-label water, we can do that too. Some buyers want plain water for internal distribution, disaster preparedness stock, or resale under their own brand setup. Talk to us about what you need and we'll tell you what's possible.

Freight and Delivery

All bulk orders ship via freight carrier on pallets. This is not parcel shipping. A pallet of water can weigh over 2,000 lbs depending on bottle size and stack height, so it moves on a truck, not a UPS van.

What you need at your receiving location depends on your setup. If you have a loading dock, delivery is straightforward — the truck backs in and your team unloads. If you don't have a dock, we arrange lift gate service so the driver can bring the pallet down to ground level. Let us know your setup when you request a quote.
